The recruitment process at NTTF is simple and efficient. We try our best to make the whole process result-oriented by organizing it in a very systematic manner: NTTF shortlists candidates by screening them on the basis of profiles submitted by the recruiter; administers written tests; and conducts group discussions. We provide a conducive environment for recruiters to conduct additional tests and interviews without any interruption.
The NTTF staff is always present for any assistance during the recruitment process. Once the selection has been carried out and a confirmed list of candidates is received, NTTF Administration takes responsibility for obtaining confirmations from selected candidates, and informs the recruiters about the same.
