Holding a B.Tech, M.Tech in Electronics & Communication, and currently pursuing a Ph.D., she has been instrumental in driving academic excellence, industry-aligned training, and strategic institutional growth.
As Principal and Unit Head at Tata Steel Technical Institute, Burma Mines, she has led initiatives in accreditation, admissions, curriculum innovation, and Industry 4.0 readiness. Her expertise spans institutional governance, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement, supported by certifications in Six Sigma and PLC Programming. She is committed to delivering outcome-based technical education that equips students with practical skills and prepares them for successful engineering careers.
