At NTTF, we recognize the importance of a conducive living environment for our students. Our campus offers well-appointed, separate hostel facilities for both girls and boys, designed to promote academic success and ensure a comfortable stay. We provide structured study hours, during which a warden and faculty member supervise to help students concentrate on their work. For added convenience, we offer washing machine facilities, as well as designated playtime. To maintain the safety and security of all residents, we conduct thorough monitoring of the premises with CCTV cameras.
Mr. Balaji A, Unit Head at NTTF, brings over 14 years of rich experience in skill development, education, training operations, business project management, and center management. Throughout his career, he has developed strong expertise in student mobilization, industry partnerships, placements, stakeholder engagement, team management, and employability-focused training initiatives.
He completed his MBA in Management from Annamalai University and his B.Sc. in Biotechnology from A.V.C College, Mayiladuthurai, in 2009.
His professional journey has provided him with extensive exposure to business development, training operations, franchise management, centre management, school and college partnerships, skill development projects, and student placement initiatives.
He has also been actively involved in government and CSR-led skill development initiatives, stakeholder engagement, industry tie-ups, and large-scale student mobilization. His experience includes working with stakeholders such as TNSDC, NSDC, and TAHDCO, along with partnerships involving schools, colleges, NGOs, communities, and industry organizations.
He is recognized for his leadership, stakeholder management, business development skills, industry networking, team-building capabilities, and commitment to student career development and employability.
